Eskimo Escapades Privacy Policy
Information Collection & Use
The Eskimo Escapades Foundation (EEF) of Knoxville, Tennessee is the sole owner of the information collected on this web site. EEF only collects Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from our users if it is specifically provided by the user through Event Registration or an e-mail message.
Information Sharing and Disclosure:
EEF does not collect or share PII with Third Parties except as noted in Skier Registration Information.
Skier Registration Information
EEF collects registration information for each water ski participant. $10.00 of the $50.00 minimum donation required to ski gives the skier a one-event USA Water ski Guest membership for the EEF event. A USA Water Ski Guest Membership is required in order to insure EEF as a USA Water Ski Fun tournament. Registration information is also used to schedule the skiing. The registration information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with any other Third Parties.
Pictures taken at the Event
Many pictures are taken at the ski event and may be uploaded to the EEF website. If anyone objects to having their pictures displayed online, EEF will remove them upon receiving a request by the persons pictured or their guardian.
Legal Disclaimer
We reserve the right to disclose your PII as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and /or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
