Eskimo Escapades Registration

You will need to fill out three forms!

1. A USAWS Guest Application form,
2. A USAWS Event Waiver form,
3. and an Eskimo Escapades Registration form.

Collect all pledges in advance and submit them with your registration forms on the morning of the event. There is no advance registration.

USAWS Guest Application form
 If you are not a USA Water Ski member, you must fill out a Guest Application form. This is a two page (1mb) pdf file.
USAWS Event Waiver form You must also read and sign an Event Waiver form.

Eskimo Escapades Registration form (HTML) 		Last, please fill out either the PDF or HTML version of the Eskimo Escapades Registration Form.
  1. The PDF version is a large 1.1Mb Adobe Acrobat file. This will take a Long time to download if you have a slow internet connection.
  2. If you prefer, you can use the HTML version of the Registration Form. The HTML version will download quickly but may not print exactly as it should depending on your browser and its settings.
  3. If neither of the above methods work, send us your name and address using the "E-mail Us" menu item and we'll send you one through the U.S. Mail.
